The following is a timeline of the WWE, WCW, ECW, and TNA career of Raven. Listed is every 3+ hour PPV match (excluding battle royals in which he was not involved in the ending) and title change that he has been involved in. Bolded items represent title victories while italicized items represent title losses.
Please note that Scott Levy has gone by a variety of names in his career. Prior to becoming Raven, he appeared in the major promotions as Scotty Flamingo and Johnny Polo. In addition, during his WWE stint he won the Hardcore Title a record 27 times. Because many of these titles reigns lasted only a few minutes, I'm not including any of these title matches in this list unless they were telecast on a PPV.
